Additionally, the stone’s natural salt properties gently exfoliate the skin to promote naturally smooth and silky skin, reducing signs of aging.

Floor Thai Massage/Stretch Therapy

Thai massage is more energizing and rigorous than most other forms of massage therapy. It's also called Thai Yoga massage, because I use my hands, knees, legs, and feet to move you into a series of yoga-like postures and stretches. My clients say Thai massage is like doing yoga without doing any of the work. No oil is applied, so you are fully dressed during the session. A single Thai massage session will help you release stress and relieve pain, and help you function more effectively at work and home.

Prenatal Thai Massage

Prenatal Thai massage is a therapeutic massage technique specially designed for pregnant women. It combines elements of traditional Thai massage with modifications to accommodate the unique needs of expectant mothers. The massage typically involves gentle stretching, pressure points, and rhythmic compressions to help alleviate common discomforts during pregnancy, such as back pain, swelling, and muscle tension. Prenatal Thai massage can promote relaxation, improve circulation, and provide overall relief for the mother-to-be.

Table Thai/Sports Massage

Table Thai is a complete, whole-body Thai Massage treatment done on a table. It is a 90 minute routine in different positions. Table Thai is versatile. It can be done clothed or with draping. Because it is less forceful, it is appropriate and safe for the majority of clients.

Aromatherapy Wrap

Rejuvenate your skin while relaxing into a soothing aroma-wrap. This special service starts with a full body dry brush like treatment to stimulate circulation and refresh the skin. Warm aromatherapy oils are massaged into the skin and you will be wrapped in a warm cocoon. While wrapped you will be treated the face or scalp treatment of your choice.

Gentle Sugar Glow

This gentle handmade body polish will leave you with glowing silky skin. Sugar Scrubs are more gentle and softer on the skin. Relax as your body is gently rubbed with a handmade sugar scrub that is then removed with hot towels.

Salt Glow

This handmade Himalayan pink salt body scrub that is customized with your choice of oil and aromatherapy will leave you with glowing silky skin. This Salt Scrub is gentle (not for very sensitive skin types) and leaves the skin soft and hydrated. Relax as your body is gently rubbed with a handmade then removed with hot towels.

The perfect first step to introduce a skin care routine to your teenager and to address the proper care of their skin's needs.

Revive My Skin Facial

Includes thorough cleansing, gentle exfoliation with an enzyme mask, extractions to remove impurities and relaxing facial massage with complete hydration. 75 minutes is great for a first time facial or maintenance within your skin care regimen. 100 minute facial is more for a deep clean and the perfect chance to add-on a high frequency or L.E.D light treatment.

Fire & Ice Facial

During the facial, I apply a gently warming mask to aid in the removal of impurities and promote circulation and oxygenation, followed by a cooling mask that helps reduce inflammation and improve firmness. This combination of hot and cold therapy is highly effective in promoting overall skin health and giving your complexion a coveted glow.

Radio-frequency Facial (Skin Tightening)

Radiofrequency (RF) is a unique, non-invasive wrinkle treatment that uses radiowave technology to generate heat which stimulates the production of collagen, elastin and new skin cells in the deeper layers resulting in the tighten of sagging skin and reversing the effects of aging for a rejuvenated, younger-looking appearance. Includes: Double cleanse, facial massage, RF treatment, warm towel and finishing products catered to your skin.

Mommy-To-Be Facial

Your skin will soak up essential oils, plant extracts, and medicinal herbs that will rejuvenate your skin. You’ll leave with a healthy glow that only a facial packed full of vitamins and minerals can provide. All products used are safe for you at any stage of your pregnancy.

Deep Cleansing Back Treatment (Back Facial)

The back facial follows the same basic layout as a traditional facial. First, back skin is cleansed and exfoliated. Next, impurities and imperfections are extracted from beneath the skin’s surface, followed by a purifying mask. Finally, the back is moisturized to restore nutrients and hydrate. This treatment helps treat and prevent breakouts, leaving the skin incredibly smooth.

Back cleansing treatments are particularly fitting treatments for body builders, people with cystic acne, or during bathing suit season and for people who wear low-back attire.

Treat Your Feet

This session focuses on the feet and lower legs. Includes: foot soak, scrub, massage and a dip in paraffin. A paraffin treatment soothes chronic joint pain and relaxes stiff muscles, and improves blood flow to the treated area. Paraffin treatments also smooth and soften dry, chapped, rough and scaly skin.

NOTE: Hands and/or feet are scrubbed, cleaned and sanitized before dipping.

Chair massage is a popular way of relieving stress and releasing tension right in your home or workplace. You receive your massage in a specialized ergonomic chair which I bring to your location. In addition to the usual health benefits of massage, another benefit of chair massage is that it is done over the clothing. With seated massage, you can avoid the discomfort and awkwardness that you may feel in disrobing for a traditional massage. Also, chair massage sessions are usually shorter than traditional massage, making it convenient enough to fit into your busy schedule.

Relax as I wrap your feet or hands in hot towels and gently stretch and compress them. A handmade exfoliating salt scrub is then used to remove dead skin and prepare the skin for moisturizing then ended with a relaxing foot or hand massage.

Back Scrub (Add-on)

Your back is probably the most neglected part of your body. This spa treatment exfoliates the skin on your back leaving it feeling fresh, smooth and soft. A sugar scrub is rubbed vigorously, and massaged across and into your skin, and is then wiped away to reveal a moisturized layer of fresh, clean and smooth skin.

Cupping Therapy (Add-On)

Cupping is a modern adaptation of the ancient art of cupping therapy. While massage performed by applying pressure, cupping instead uses negative pressure to pull, lift, open and expand the body’s soft tissues.

Paraffin Treatment

A paraffin treatment soothes chronic joint pain and relaxes stiff muscles, and improves blood flow to the treated area. It increases range of motion for people with arthritis, bursitis and other chronic conditions that cause pain and stiffness. Paraffin treatments also smooth and soften dry, chapped, rough and scaly skin. It can be helpful for chronic skin disorders such as eczema and psoriasis. Hands and feet are cleaned and sanitized before dipping.

Massage A Partner 4 Hour Hands on Workshop (In office class)

During this Massage Workshop, I will demonstrate basic massage techniques on you and your partner. You will then practice on each other while I continue to guide and help each of you develop your technique. Partners are encouraged to communicate freely with each other and to ask questions. The techniques easily combine to form a routine that can be revisited often and expanded upon with practice. 180mins= 3-3.5 hours 1 hour massage each person 240mins=4-4.5 hours 1.5 hour massage each person

Intro to BABY massage (CLASS)

Have you heard about the benefits of infant massage, but are unsure how to incorporate it into your routine? Do you want to learn the basic strokes to calm and soothe your baby? This Intro to Infant Massage is the workshop to get you started.

Many recognize the advantages that infant massage has shown, including:

Introduction to Infant Massage classes are offered in my Paoli office, virtual, or @ your location. Please have a bed-sized pillow/thick blanket to use during class. Massage oil will be provided, though it is optional. During this 60-minute workshop, I will show you proper positioning, walk you through the basic strokes, explain the benefits of each and make sure you leave confident and prepared to make massage part of your routine.
